BUILDING ENGINEER I (hotel maintenance) Full-Time

Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible AM/PM schedule, rotating days and shifts including holidays and weekends. $13.00 per hour + benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition, room and food discounts, advancement opportunities, and more).

HOUSEKEEPING AIDE- FULL TIME with benefits

Housekeeper (Housekeeping) - Full-Time

Thorough cleaning of guestrooms consists of replacing all linen and towels in the room, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning. Notifies the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done. Must be very responsive to guest requests and be able to communicate easily with them in English. A second language is a plus. Housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but not required. Must be reliable and willing to learn. Training will be provided.

Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests’ questions and concerns. Requires excellent customer service and guest services skills with good cash handling/cashiering and computer skills.

HS/GED required. Some college preferred. Guest services/hospitality experience preferred, but anyone with customer service experience and a willingness to serve and to learn is encouraged to apply. Ability to work a rotating schedule, AM/PM shifts, days will vary. Pay rate: $12.35 per hour + full benefits.

GUEST SERVICE AIDE (PART-TIME)

Responsible for attending to guests of the hotel by greeting and assisting with luggage, packages, valet, or general inquiries. Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest. Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Responsible for providing clean, timely and safe transportation to assigned locations. This individual must have great hospitality and communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Van or shuttle driving experience preferred. Excellent hospitality and customer service skills and experience required.
